Sealeze metal filament brushes are ideal for applications requiring abrasion, electrical conductivity, chemical shielding, electro-magnetic shielding, environments with elevated temperatures or applications where synthetic or natural fiber brushes are not appropriate.

Sealeze Metal Filament brushes can be used to dissipate static charges in extreme high-temperature applications. For Food and Pharmaceutical applications, stainless steel filament with stainless steel channel are widely used in these and other FDA-regulated industries. Sealeze metal filament is available in mild steel, stainless steels*, brass, and phosphor bronze and are available with galvanized steel or stainless steel channels, as follows: Sections A and B are available in galvanized steel and stainless steel T-304 channel material with the following filaments – mild steel, stainless steel T-304, brass and phosphor bronze. Sections C, D, F and G are available in galvanized steel and stainless steels T-304 and T-316L channel material with the following filaments – mild steel, stainless steels T-304 and T-316L, brass and phosphor bronze. *T-304 is stock, T-316 is available upon request.

In addition to our standard materials, we have the capability to manufacture brushes and holders from less common materials, such as holders from monel or brass. Let us know should your needs require brushes and/or holders constructed of “non-standard” materials.
