Wire Descaling

Performance Matters
Sealeze provides simple solutions for wire descaling applications. Our spiral brushes for wire descaling are available in a variety of sizes and filament materials. Sealeze manufactures a line of wire/rod mechanical descaling and cleaning brushes that can be used as a secondary operation to chemical descaling, that can:

• Remove excess scale
• Extend die life
• Remove excess lubricants, residue and debris
• Optimize condition of wire or rod surface both preprocess and post-process
• Increase uniform lubrication adhesion
• Improve drawing and bending machine performance
• Enhance surface finish and brightness
• Reduce costs associated with chemical descaling

Brighten the finish of wire and/or rods with Sealeze spiral brushes for wire descaling. Our brushes are available in a variety of filaments to use for deburring cables and rods, for wiping cables clean of debris, talc and other by-products of the production process.
